These terms govern your use of the GNV Menu platform. By using this service, you agree to these terms and the GNV Platform Terms including the Data Rights Schedule.
Network-Based Service
The GNV platform is a network-based food intelligence, nutrition, allergen, traceability, and verification system. The platform operates as shared infrastructure across multiple organisations and supply-chain participants. Your use of the service contributes to and benefits from the platform's collective intelligence, including nutrition data, allergen information, and supply-chain verification.
Key Definitions
The following terms are used throughout these terms:
- Reference Data — factual product, ingredient, supplier, and certification information maintained by the platform
- Verification Data — evidence and attestations used to validate claims within the platform
- Derived Data — scores, analytics, and outputs generated through platform processing
- Network Intelligence — cross-network intelligence developed through platform operation

Acceptable Use
You agree to use this platform for its intended purpose: viewing menus, making meal selections, providing feedback, and managing dietary preferences. You must not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the service, or misuse other users' information.
Data Use
By using this service, you acknowledge that GNV processes your interactions, preferences, and feedback to provide the service, improve the platform, and generate anonymised operational intelligence across the network. This processing is necessary for the platform to maintain accurate nutrition, allergen, and verification information that all participants benefit from. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Allergen Information
Menu and allergen information is provided as guidance based on the best available data. Always confirm allergen details with catering staff before consuming any food items. The platform maintains verification data and allergen intelligence as part of its network infrastructure to continuously improve accuracy.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability and operational continuity, particularly for meal service and allergen display functions. The platform is provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
